نواز شریف کی 340جائیدادوں کا انکشاف

مقامی اخبار روزنامہ نیو ہیم نے ایک اور دھوکہ دہی کا پول کھولا ہے جس میں مشرقی لندن میں نواز شریف کی جانب سے الفورڈ میں خریدی گئی 340جائدادوں کا انکشاف کیا گیا ہے۔روزنامہ کی اطلاع کے مطابق وسطی لندن کے آس پاس شریف خاندان کی ملکیتی جائیداد کی قیمت کا اندازہ آٹھ کروڑ پاؤنڈ(10ارب روپے)لگایا گیا ہے۔ان میں شریف خاندان کے زیر رہائش 17۔ایون فیلڈ ہاؤس اور 118پارک لین کے تین فلیٹوں کی قیمت ایک کروڑ بیس لاکھ پاؤنڈ(ایک ارب 60کروڑ روپے)کے لگ بھگ ہے۔

کمپنی کی ویب سائٹ پر کچھ اور جائیدادیں بھی درج کی گئی ہیں جن میں لندن میں بروڈ پلیس پر واقع فلیٹ نمبر 8کی مالیت سات لاکھ پاؤنڈ(نو کروڑ 66لاکھ روپے)، اسی علاقے میں فلیٹ نمبر9کہ مالیت نو لاکھ پاؤنڈ(بارہ کروڑ 42لاکھ روپے)، لندنW1ڈیوک سٹریٹ پر ڈیوک مینشن کی مالیت 14لاکھ95ہزار پاؤنڈ(بیس کروڑ 63لاکھ روپے)،لندن SW1کے علاقے18۔پارک لین مے فیئر میں واقع فلیٹ نمبر12aکی مالیت کا اندازہ چار لاکھ 75ہزا ر پاؤنڈ(چھ کروڑ 25لاکھ روپے)لگایا گیا ہے۔لندن W1میں 36۔گرین سٹریٹ پر واقع فلیٹ نمبر2کی قیمت کا تخمینہ آٹھ لاکھ پاؤنڈ(گیارہ کروڑ چار لاکھ روپے)لگایا گیا ہے۔لندنW1گلوسٹرپلیس پر واقع جائیداد کا اندازہ نہیں لگایا گیا۔ویب سائٹ کے مطابق بکنگھم پیلس کے نواح میں ایک جائیداد کا سراغ لگایا گیا جس کی مالیت  44لاکھ 50ہزار پاؤنڈ بنتی ہے۔


اس کے علاوہ سلون ایوینو میں واقع 841۔نیل گوائن ہاؤس کو جائیداد کے کاغذوں پر ویب سائٹ کی اطلاع کے مطابق فلیگ شپ انویسٹمنٹ کمپنی کے کمپنی سیکرٹری وقار احمد کی رہائش ظاہر کیا گیا ہے۔اس کے علاوہ پائنیر پوائنٹ میں دو ٹاور بھی شریف خاندان کی ملکیت ہیں۔


یہ لوگ قوم کا پیسہ چوس کر اپنے بینکوں کے کھاتوں میں جمع کرکے مہا امیربن چکے ہیں۔زر داری نے بھی میگا کرپشن کرکے یہی کچھ کیا اور اپنے سوئٹزرلینڈ کے بینک کھاتوں میں 74کروڑ پاؤنڈ جمع کر لئے اور انگلینڈ میں نیو ٹیوڈر مینشن اور سرے میں 40لاکھ پاؤنڈ کی جائیداد خریدی۔ تحقیقات کرنے  والے پاکستانیوں نے زرداری خاندان کی دیگر جائیدادیں بھی کھوج نکالی ہیں جن میں زرداری کے والدین کی نارمنڈی میں ملکیتی  حویلی کی مالیت 25لاکھ پاؤنڈ ہے جن کے پاس اُس کی شادی کے وقت بڑے مختصر اثاثے تھے۔بھٹو نے بھی ملک کے باہر کثیر اثاثوں کی ملکیت سے انکار کیا۔

340 properties of Nawaz Sharif in East London revealed by local Newham Daily exposing the scam by which 340 residential properties were bought in Ilford . Also the The Sharifs own property worth more than 80 million pounds (Rs 10 billions ) in and around Central London, Daily Times has learnt. Of these, the Sharif family residence, three flats at 17 Avenfield House, 118 Park Lane alone are worth around 12 million pounds (Rs 1.6 billion).


Properties:


The company’s website lists several properties, which include Flat 8, Burwood Place – London W2, worth 700,000 pounds (Rs 96.6 million); Flat 9, Burwood Place – London W2, worth 900,000 pounds (Rs 124.2 million); 10 Duke Mansions, Duke Street, London W1, worth 1,495,000 pounds (Rs 206.31 million); Flat 12a, 118 Park Lane, Mayfair – London SW1, worth 475,000 pounds (Rs 65.55 million); Flat 2, 36 Green Street – London W1, worth 800,000 pounds (Rs 110.4 million); and, 117 Gloucester Place, London W1 (value not listed). The website also features a piece of real estate near the Buckingham Palace, which is valued at around 4,450,000 pounds.


In addition, one of the properties listed on the website – 841 Neil Gwynne House, Slone Avenue – is said to be the residence of one Waqar Ahmed, listed on the documents as the Company Secretary of Flagship Investments Limited.Also Pioneer Point two towers owned by Sharif Family.These people have drained the country money into there own bank accounts becoming mega rich . Zardari has done the same corruption on mega scale their Swiss bank accounts contain £740 million. Zardari also bought a neo-Tudor mansion and estate worth over £4 million in Surrey, England, UK.The Pakistani investigations have tied other overseas properties to Zardari's family. These include a $2.5 million manor in Normandy owned by Zardari's parents, who had modest assets at the time of his marriage. Bhutto denied holding substantive overseas assets. Jinnah will be tosing and turning in his grave.
